Singer underwent surgery in June of this year to realign the pins in his neck and back

Ozzy Osbourne he underwent spinal surgery in June of this year and has not made a full recovery since. In an interview with SirusXM radio, the singer revealed that his current state of health could compromise a tour in 2023.

The artist, who suffers from Parkinsons, had to realign the pins in his neck and back. However, the operation made it difficult for him to move.

“My head is fine, my creativity too. My singing is fine, but I can’t walk much now,” said the musician. Then Ozzy explained that he cannot guarantee that he will be able to play next year.

“It’s really hard because I want to do shows. I want to do this. But this fucking surgery this guy had. This fucking hell, you have no idea. This surgeon told me if I didn’t have the surgery, there would be good chances I’ll be paralyzed from the neck down,” he said.

Sharon Osbourne he had communicated, through social media, that the artist would undergo the operation that he could define “the rest of his life”. Ozzy was injured in 2003 after an ATV accident.

An accident in 2019 made his problems worse and he had to insert plates in his back to regain his balance.
