King Charles wants to make peace with Harry, says the British newspaper

Despite the friction caused by the Netflix documentary ‘Harry & Meghan’, the king wants the presence of his son and daughter-in-law, Meghan Markle, at the coronation ceremony

According to TelegraphKing Charles III he allegedly told those close to him that he would like to reconnect with his youngest son, Harry. The former prince and his wife, Megan Marklehas made serious allegations against the British royal family in the Netflix documentary Harry and Meghan.

The information gathered by the British newspaper contradicts what Harry said in an interview for the film. In the documentary, he says the family claimed “lies” to protect his older brother, William, and refused to defend Meghan Markle from racist attacks in the British press.

The couple also said that the royal family itself would have been resistant to Meghan and that the motivation would have been racial. Sources heard from Telegraphhowever, she said the king is open to his two sons and has always tried to keep in touch with both of them, even after Harry decided to give up his noble title and move to the United States.

Also according to the newspaper, Harry and Charles have had some occasional disagreements, but nothing that has profoundly compromised the relationship. The publication claims that the king has even (informally) invited his youngest and daughter-in-law to be present at the coronation ceremony, which will take place on May 6 this year at Westminster Abbey, London. According to the newspaper, the official invitations have not yet been forwarded to the people.
