The actor is the protagonist of “Alerta Máximo”, which premieres on January 26th
In an interview with the program Late Night with Seth Meyers, Gerard butler said he suffered a serious accident on the set of his new action film, Alert Maximum, which will debut on January 26. The star revealed that he accidentally rubbed phosphoric acid on her face. According to him, whatever she is doing, she always manages to get hurt, identifying as “naturally awkward”.
According to his account, the cast was recording the final sequence of the film when they realized something was wrong.
“I was putting my hand on the wheels of an airplane, pretending I knew what I was doing,” Butler said.
“Except every time I raised my hands, they were covered in blood and green fluid. And I was like, ‘I don’t know what this green fluid is,'” she described.
However, the scenes were filmed in the high temperatures of Puerto Rico and as such, he ended up “covered in sweat” scenes.
“I was rubbing my face and suddenly it’s in my throat. It’s in my mouth. It’s in my nose. It’s in my eyes. It was burning my face.” In the film, he plays a pilot who makes an emergency landing in hostile territory.
