What the Primadonna won: all the real estate of Alla Pugacheva

Alla Pugacheva has long finished a stormy concert activity and is enjoying a well-deserved rest. There is no need to worry about well-being: over the past few years, the singer has acquired a lot of real estate. It will be discussed.

Alla Pugacheva is a very secretive person and therefore even more interesting for her fans. The prima donna is one of those rare celebrities in our country who are literally idolized. And above all, it has always been like this.

Alla Borisovna ended her career a long time ago and is now enjoying a well-deserved rest. Together with her husband and children, they live in the Moscow region, and not so long ago they flew to Israel, where, as they say, they also have real estate. We decided to collect information and tell about all the houses and apartments of Alla Pugacheva – in Russia and abroad.

  1. Let’s start with the obvious and the well known. Pugacheva and Galkin castle in the village of Gryaz. The six-story mansion with an area of about 2.5 thousand square meters (and the site itself occupies one hectare of land) stands on the top of an 11-meter hill, offering beautiful views. In 2021, the cost of the castle was estimated at $10 million.
  2. Penthouse in Cyprus. A few years ago, it became known that Galkin and Pugacheva had invested in a property of around 500 square meters in Limassol, which allowed them to apply for Cypriot citizenship. The penthouse, located in an elite area on the first coastline, cost the couple 2 million euros, but the investment paid off almost immediately: today, their Cypriot accommodation costs five times as much.
  3. Four-room apartment in Moscow. This is Alla Borisovna’s first elite real estate, which she received as a gift from the state under Brezhnev. The apartment is located at 1st Tverskaya-Yamskaya Street, and it’s easy to recognize this house: Diva fans always hang out there hoping to meet her.
  4. Another Alla Pugacheva apartment on Filippovsky Lane is a gift from former son-in-law Ruslan Baysarov. It is small (only about 200 square meters), but it is located in a beautiful place – 5 kilometers from Red Square, and the windows overlook the Cathedral of Christ the Savior.
  5. Cottage in the village of Malye Berezhki. On the banks of the Istra Reservoir there is a house with an area of about one thousand square meters. On the territory of 50 acres there are all the conditions for a comfortable stay – a public bath, a jacuzzi, a swimming pool, a tennis court, a bungalow for guests, a house for servants, a pier with personal access to water and a garage for several cars. Some time ago this property became the property of Christina Orbakaite, and now, as they say, the grandson of Prima Donna Nikita lives there with his wife Alena.
