Model Diamond Brown has accused singer Chris Brown of harassing her and making death threats against her current partner, according to new court filings. The 28-year-old filed legal documents detailing alleged ongoing harassment since their separation.

In the legal filing submitted on October 1, Diamond requested a monthly child support payment of $45,595 for their four-year-old daughter, Lovely. She stated that the current financial arrangement leaves her struggling while Brown fails to meet basic needs.

The former couple parted ways more than two years ago. However, Diamond stated in her filing that the 37-year-old musical artist "has been extremely angry with me when I have dated other men since our break up."

Allegations of threats and harassment

Diamond claimed in the legal filing that Brown targeted her recent relationship with severe threats. "He has made death threats against my most recent boyfriend, and continued threats to not only him, but also to his twin brother," she stated, adding her understanding that "he has also had third parties make threats."

According to the court filing, this alleged conduct is part of an established pattern. Diamond claimed Brown previously exhibited similar behavior "with another gentleman" she dated several years ago.

"Both of these relationships broke up because of Chris’s harassment," Diamond claimed in the legal filing. "I should not be left to be scared to move on with my life because of Chris’s anger and resentment."

Legal representatives for both parties have been contacted by The Daily Mail for further comment regarding the allegations.

Diamond further claimed in the filing that Brown's conduct "has been harassing, disturbing my peace and feels extremely frightening." She noted that she attempted through her lawyer "to have Christopher stop this behavior."

The court filing describes public confrontations involving the singer. Diamond alleged that Brown "has blown up at me in front of our daughter and at a birthday party, which is harmful and especially inappropriate." She also claimed he "has also attempted to harass [her] through social media."

Diamond stated she took multiple steps to avoid court action before filing for legal protection. "I feel that I have been living under siege and would appreciate the right to peaceful enjoyment of my life," she declared, explaining that she held out hope Brown would stop "this scary behavior" without requiring a domestic violence restraining order.

Response from Chris Brown's legal team

Brown appears to have denied the accusations made in the filing. A letter from his attorney to Diamond's lawyer was included as part of the court documents.

In an email cited in the filing, Brown's legal team wrote: "Chris denies this and in fact I continue to see your client posting things that are inappropriate. Please send me specifics to address so I can understand and assist if this is really happening."

In her October 1 filing, Diamond also raised concerns regarding Brown's involvement as a parent. She stated that Brown has not requested to see their daughter Lovely once over "the last six to seven months."

Child support and monthly expense breakdown

Financial details included in the declaration show a significant gap between the parents' reported incomes. Diamond stated that she earns approximately $1,500 per month in income, while Brown has not disclosed his earnings. She claimed "he has refused to provide a single financial document despite duly served discovery."

To cover living costs for herself and Lovely, Diamond requested $45,595 in monthly child support. Her financial declaration itemized around $23,000 in rent and associated housing bills, along with approximately $20,000 for medical, educational, and general living expenses.

Diamond noted that Brown previously agreed to provide around $7,000 monthly. However, she claimed he "has unilaterally deducted further funds" from that amount, which does "not cover the child’s basic needs" and leaves her "cash-strapped and with debt."

As part of her financial request, Diamond estimated a monthly requirement of approximately $15,000 in rent to secure a home for her and their child that is "slightly closer to [Brown's] station in life."
