Coleen Nolan shows off 3.5st weight loss after Voy deal

Television presenter Coleen Nolan, 61, has revealed a 3.5st weight loss after partnering with weight-loss company Voy, dropping from a size 20 to a size 14. Taking to Instagram earlier this week, the Loose Women star stunned in a blue silk dress that draped over her slimmed-down frame for her This Is Me UK tour. She teamed the glamorous ensemble with gold glittery heels and kept her accessories to a minimum.

Addressing her physical health back in April, Nolan said her energy levels had improved and her back troubles had eased. "I feel so much better health-wise. My back's improved, I've got more energy. And confidence-wise, of course it helps," she said.

Maintaining weight and tackling online trolls

Nolan told The Mirror that she has no desire to lose any more weight and is focused on maintaining her current size. "I don't want to lose any more weight - I'm happy. It's about maintaining now and having a healthy relationship with food and with myself. And with Voy you get 24-7 support," she stated.

The mother-of-three also shared how she faced online trolling as a result of her weight transformation. "I tried to not let the trolls affect me, but it was hard when they were calling me fat and all these names, because those were things that I actually thought about myself," she said. Speaking to Bella magazine, she added: "Now people attack me for the opposite, claiming I've lost too much weight."

Her partnership with Voy comes after she previously expressed strong opposition to weight-loss drugs like Ozempic. Only last year, Nolan said: "I don't believe in any of that." Despite working with Voy, which promotes weight-loss injections, Nolan has not made clear to fans whether she has taken any fat jabs herself.

Health concerns and pre-diabetes diagnosis

Nolan reportedly told The Sun that a recent blood test showed she was pre-diabetic, which motivated her to take action for her long-term health. "I've been open about my struggles with weight over the years, and when a recent blood test showed I was pre-diabetic, it really motivated me to take action for my long-term health," she said. She explained that she chose Voy for its holistic approach combining medical guidance, coaching, nutrition support, and mindset work.

"This isn't about a quick fix; it's about learning healthier habits and building sustainable change," Nolan said. "What's made the biggest difference for me is the support, structure, and positive mindset the programme has helped me create. I finally feel I'm taking control of my health in a way that's right for me, and that allows me to enjoy life with my family."

Back in April, Coleen said she has more energy and her back troubles have improved

Nolan previously opened up about her weight in 2024, revealing she received a wake-up call after being diagnosed as pre-diabetic following a severe chest infection. As reported by the NHS, type 2 diabetes can lead to several dangerous complications, including kidney problems and coronary heart disease.

Writing in The Mirror, Nolan recalled her reaction to the medical news: "It's been a wake-up call to say, 'OK, fatty, you've had enough snacks, step away from the fridge!'" She explained that her new diet is a work in progress as she gets used to reading labels to check sugar content, adding: "But I've cut out all unhealthy snacks like chocolate and crisps."
