Eugenia Martínez de Irujo danced a traditional flamenco solo at a summer gathering in Jerez, bringing back memories of her late mother Cayetana de Alba.
The Duchess of Montoro co-hosted the lively summer event alongside her daughter, Tana Rivera, welcoming friends for an evening centered on music and dance.
Guests observed that the aristocrat performed a patá por bulerías with the same spontaneous style, flair, and confidence that long characterized her mother's public appearances.

Flamenco Celebration in Jerez
Footage of the performance surfaced on social media after party guest Mariola Orellana, the wife of flamenco musician Antonio Carmona, shared a carousel of images and video from the evening on Instagram.
Orellana attended the celebration with Marina and Lucía, her two daughters with the former Ketama frontman.
In her Instagram post accompanying the video, Orellana thanked her dear friend Eugenia for gifting them another night full of art and good people. She added how fortunate they were to have her, offering cheers for Jerez and the art of flamenco.
Aristocratic Heritage and Andalusian Roots
Eugenia Martínez de Irujo, 12th Duchess of Montoro, is the youngest child and only daughter of the late Cayetana Fitz-James Stuart, 18th Duchess of Alba. The late Duchess of Alba was one of Spain's most famous noblewomen, widely recognized for her lifelong passion for Andalusian traditions and uninhibited festive spirit.
The city of Jerez de la Frontera in southern Spain is famous worldwide as a traditional heartland of flamenco culture. The patá por bulerías performed by the Duchess is a signature improvised solo dance step performed to the fast rhythm of bulerías.
The festive gathering marked the conclusion of a summer spent in the province of Cadiz for the Duchess of Montoro. Her Andalusian stay also included attending the wedding of the grandson of legendary flamenco singer Camarón de la Isla, to which she was invited.
