Two-time Oscar winner and five-Golden Globe winner actress Jane Fonda discussed with fans the importance of regular exercise at any age. The 85-year-old movie star met fans in New York and revealed that she didn’t play sports until she was 40, including trying to attend physical education classes at school as little as possible.
