Joana Benedek admits her career success has NOT given her ‘absolute peace’

Joana Benedek is enjoying her life away from acting, although he admitted that he had offers to return to the screen. Although she does not refuse to do so, she is currently focused on her marriage and other projects.

The 52-year-old Romanian-born actress had a successful career in soap operas, but in 2011 she decided to retire.

Benedek, who married Javier Vargas in August 2022 civilly and in a religious wedding in November, assured that he “misses” acting but wants to explore other areas of his life.

The actress of “Dos hogares”, the last soap opera in which she participated in 2011, admitted that she had several offers to return to melodramas, but said that “they have not been given”.

Job offers have been coming to him for years: “I’ve had a project for about six years, but the green light hasn’t been given,” he explained to the press.

Additionally, he shared that thanks to the iterations of the productions he’s been a part of, he continues to resonate with audiences.
