Remember the story of public discussions between the actress and the surfer
A new chapter in the conflict between Luana Piovani AND Peter Scoby appeared on Monday the 13th. The actress shared a few crying stories, saying she was “stabbed” by her son, Sun10 years.
Luana vented on Instagram about the lawsuit Pedro Scooby is filing against her and revealed she felt “insecure and threatened.”
However, this isn’t the first time disagreements between the two over creation have come to light. The discussions actually started in 2019 when the surfer announced his relationship with Annita.

2019: Separation, trip with Anitta and absence for the birthday
Luana and Scooby announced their split in March 2019. Three months later, the jock began a relationship with Anitta and took the kids on road trips with his then-girlfriend.
In June, the artist also shared some hints about his ex, but it was in July that he openly criticized the behavior of the father of his children. At the time, Pedro released a video of his children singing the song “Onda Different,” recorded by Anitta and Ludmilla, which mentions marijuana use and contains profanity.
Then, he said he disagreed, but he didn’t know what to do: “I can’t make a war of my life. It’s difficult because, I don’t know… I don’t know what to do.” Either I forbid it, or I mess it up, or I don’t let them get together, I don’t know what to do because there’s no point in talking.”
It was in August that he commented on the athlete’s relationship with Anitta: “She’s his girlfriend, you’ll know him! But there’s nothing like a funk weekend, which was always forbidden at home (those with profanity and vulgar expressions, almost all of them, right?) And if they come home swearing or dancing like sex, they’ll never come back. Just based on the judge.”
During the trip, Luana shared daily criticisms of the father of her children. She complained that she hadn’t been able to talk to the kids for four days and she, after he retorted to her, claiming he had just called her, she posted a YouTube video of her talking.
The actress said she lost faith in the surfer because he didn’t respect the agreement regarding the trip with the children. And she accused her ex of trying to destabilize her emotionally by saying that her children did not want to go back to their mother’s house or talk to her.
In September, he revealed that Scooby didn’t show up for twins Ben and Liz’s 4th birthday. “I feel guilty. Because it was I who decided to separate. Then I felt very bad, first because I felt guilty, secondly because my reasoning does not follow ‘not being there'”, she vented.
Scooby first hit criticism only in December 2019, when he was already engaged Cintia Dicker, who is now his wife and with whom he had Aurora, 1 month. “Why did you piss me off when I was with Anitta? Because he seemed to be more jealous of her than anything. You keep trying to cranium me for everyone,” he shot.
2020: Shared Custody vs. Internet Exposure Clash
In August, Luana revealed she would be sharing custody of the children with her ex and vented about how she felt about her older son wanting to live with his father.
“It’s us, the adults, who know what’s best. If you’re going to live with your father, let him go, live and see if the choice was good for him. Separating from having a child is really dramatic. It was me they wanted separate and my separation bleeds to this day. I want them to have their father’s presence because they love him,” she commented.
The following month, Pedro said he felt uncomfortable with Piovani’s exposure of his relationship with his children.
“Luana sometimes says things and, in her head, she’s talking to someone who’s following her, and when she sees that, millions of people are following the answer. Sometimes she does that and calls me like it’s nothing, she says no for me to call, but I do. Because millions of people come to bother me,” he said in an interview with the program I’m on Pan.
2022: Brief respite during BBB and pension request

In 2022, Scooby was announced in the cast of Big Brother Brasil and Cintia Dicker was the one who took turns in taking care of the children of her ex-brother with Luana. At the time, the actress said she had “an immense love” for the model.
While in confinement, Luana did not allow children to appear in the angel’s message to Pedro Scooby. Months after the reality show, in October, she complained again about her ex in the stories. In the post in question, she claimed that he didn’t respond to her and, therefore, she decided to record a story so that she would remember to give Dom some medicine.
It was in November that the actress accused the athlete of delaying child support with an Instagram post. She made the accusation after influencer Thaís Cop praised the video in which Luana said Pedro didn’t return her calls. “Piovani represents the Brazilian solo mother,” the follower said.
In December, she claimed the athlete had disrespected her in front of the children and said he gave the three a cell phone, but was unable to monitor what content the children were consuming.
“He doesn’t respect me. He disrespects me in front of my children. He hung up my phone. (…) Because he got angry when I told him how we would solve it, given that my cell phone gave me the children I received as a gift they won’t stay here in my house (…) I really don’t know how I’m going to deal with this kind of situation,” he said.
“(…) Maybe it’s really time to see the lawyers. Because we are not separated, we have never been married, we have never done anything. There is no way he can spend the holidays with the children. He’ll stay three months and my children will do whatever they want? (…) Do you think your child is 30 years old,” he said.
2023: Child support dispute and lawsuit
The retirement discussion has become more heated between the two since January of this year. According to the actress, the surfer did not want to split the children’s bills equally and threatened to seek custody of the children to “save money”. She says her ex-husband doesn’t prioritize education and that she is only concerned with “enjoying a crazy life.”
The next day, Scooby defended himself against the allegations and claimed that he hadn’t asked for custody, he just wished the children lived in Brazil temporarily since he had just had his daughter with Cintia. He highlighted the interest in resolving everything through lawyers and in a “friendly” way.
It was on January 26 that Luana explained that Pedro had filed a lawsuit in Portugal against her so that the actress would stop exposing their family life on the Internet. While reading the document, Luana said she even came across photos of herself naked.
The actress’s attorney indicated that this would be a way to reach her as a woman and as a mother to gain custody of the children. Then, the athlete shared a statement noting that his ex-wife disrespected the court’s decision not to expose the children and denying that the trial is taking place outside Brazil.
Luana Piovani’s defense denied that the actress did not comply with a court order. Finally, it was this Monday, February 13, that the artist explained that she felt threatened after her Dom criticized her posture. The boy claims that she lied and wants to take away the surfer’s sponsors.
