British newspaper The Mirror published a series of rare personal photos of Princess Diana and Prince Charles (now King Charles III) with the three-month-old Prince William. The photographs date from September 1982 and were taken at the Windsor residence in Balmoral, Scotland. By the way, the favorite residence of the late Queen Elizabeth II, who died there last year.
The 22 never-before-seen images show a visit from a friend of the royal family, British Airways businessman Baron King. It is known that the photo collection will be put up for auction next month.

Recall that Charles and Diana divorced in 1996. And a year later, on August 31, 1997, at the age of 36, the princess tragically died as a result of a car accident. The driver Henri Paul, transporting Diana and, presumably, her new lover, Dodi Al-Fayed, was drunk and exceeded the speed limit, trying to get away from the paparazzi chasing the car. They crashed in the Pont de Alma tunnel in Paris.
