Happy 54th birthday Jen!
Please someone bring a confetti cannon: Jennifer Aniston just turned 54 years old. Our favorite actress wanted to celebrate this special date with her 41 million followers (which is said to be soon) and she has delighted us with an old photo that couldn’t be more ideal.
The actress who played Rachel Green in ‘Friends’ has gone to her Instagram profile to show us a sweet childhood snapshot of her posing with her parents. “Thinking of these two humans who brought me into the world as I enjoy an amazing birthday. Thank you all for your congratulations. I have felt so loved and it will help me cope with all that lies ahead in this wild year. Love you,” has written next to the image.
Because we know it’s her, otherwise it would have been hard for us to recognize her. In the photo, Jen is sporting brown bangs and wearing a white turtleneck, and it’s fair to say that she looks absolutely dope. “What a touching photo…” Rita Wilson wrote in the comments, while Kate Hudson and Leslie Mann left the heart emoji.
Jennifer’s parents were also actors. His father, John, played Victor Kiriakis on the NBC soap opera ‘Days Of Our Lives’, although he has also appeared on shows like ‘Gilmore Girls’. Nancy, her mother, worked on ‘The Beverly Hillbillies’ and ‘The Wild Wild West’.
Unfortunately, Jen lost her mother in 2016, while her father passed away at the age of 89 last November. The actress gave the sad news on Instagram with a very emotional text. “Sweet Daddy…John Anthony Aniston: You were one of the best people I’ve ever known. I’m so thankful you took to heaven in peace and pain free,” she wrote.
