The businessman helps her with her work and every day conducts “master classes” on doing business. Jeff gives her advice on everything from running a company to scheduling meetings.
What he really taught me was management. I do a lot of meetings, and I used to always be the first to speak at them. One day he told me: “No, no, and again no. You are the boss. You are the last to speak. First, let everyone speak out so that your opinion does not affect their words,” she recalled one of his tips.
