Gkay vents about the disorder after being canceled on the web: ‘A crazy thing’

Digital influencer, Gkay talks about clutter after being absent from the web due to a series of cancellations

Gkay she spent time away from social media, after being canceled due to controversy, in late 2022. But she’s back with it all in 2023, but with a new phase.

During an interview with the reporter Patrick Monteirofrom the portal Showshe spoke of the rush she experienced, and now she has changed. “I learned to give myself some time, to say ‘calm down, rest’. Before I lived in that rush that was wearing me down. Today I learned to say ‘calm down, calm down, you will continue to be Gkay’.

Touching on an important point, the comedian vented on the risks that this can pose for mental health: “[Disse a mim mesma] ‘You don’t need this crazy thing that will eventually wear you down, it will have to generate a Burnout, it will hurt you'”.

As a lesson, he showed that, somehow, this brought good things into his life: “The cancellation was definitely the reconnection with Gessica. All the bad that happens in our lives brings something good. Maybe I needed that blow to make room for me. For simple things, but that bring us together”.
