Since before they got married, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have been looking for their dream home, which will allow them to live comfortably with their joint family in this new phase of their lives.
However, so far they have had no luck. In June 2022, for example, it was reported that they were already in the process of buying a $60 million mansion, but the transaction did not go through.
Not finding the desired place, in August of that year it was revealed that the actress from “Wedding Expert” (a movie you can watch for free on ViX) and her husband had decided to live in her mansion.
However, the couple has not given up on their dream. Now, they might have found a place to put down roots.

The couple has already decided on a new mansion: it’s a house they visited twice, at the exact same time they were going through the process of opening the escrow account of the previous one.
The possible nest of the “Bennifer” family is located in Pacific Palisades, one of the most exclusive areas of Los Angeles (California). Which, no doubt, is reflected in his price tag: $64 million, according to TMZ.
The mansion is very spacious: with 16 thousand square feet of construction, 9 rooms and 14 bathrooms.
For the necessary privacy, it is located on a plot of 1.13 acres.
“TMZ” also noted that Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s new home will have a gym, a professional entertainment room, a game room and a pool with a fire pit.
As if that wasn’t enough, it also has a completely independent guest house.
A notable fact is that this property is located very close to the house where Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner lived during their wedding, which they sold in 2018.
The truth is, only time will tell if this will truly be her new home or if ‘Bennifer’ will continue to look for real estate.
