The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge embarked on a two-day tour of Scotland on Wednesday to mark Mental Illness Awareness Week. They visited a local primary school, a homeless charity and the University of Glasgow. Yesterday, Prince William paid an official visit to the Heart of Midlothian Football Club to get a quick look at the 12-week “Charming Room” mental health program aimed at improving the emotional well-being of players and fans.
During the visit, the duke received an unexpected gift for his children: personalized club jerseys with numbers. Each is embroidered with the names of 8-year-old Prince George, 7-year-old Princess Charlotte and 4-year-old Prince Louis. By the way, during a recent tour of the Caribbean islands, William told how young monarchs watch their parents when they travel on state business.
We tell them where we are and George marks us with pins on the map,” he shared.

Prince William also toured the Tynecastle Football Stadium, which is part of the Dressing Room Program, and interacted with participants in person.
It should be noted that May began intensely for Prince William and Kate Middleton: on May 10, immediately after the opening of the regular session of Parliament, the royal couple attended the opening ceremony of the Glade of Light memorial, which is dedicated to the victims of the terrorist attack at the Manchester Arena stadium on May 22, 2017.
This summer, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are also preparing to lead the celebration of the Platinum Jubilee of the reign of Elizabeth II, and again travel to the countries of the United Kingdom.
