An important event took place in the life of the daughter of King Abdullah II of Jordan and Queen Rania. Princess Iman became the wife of businessman Jamil Alexander Tarmiotis. The heiress met her lover while studying in the United States. The ceremony took place at the Beit Al Urdon Palace in the Jordanian capital Amman. The event was broadcast on state TV channels.

Iman opted for a traditional white outfit. She opted for a fitted dress with a sheer lace bodice and a floor-length skirt with a train. The head of the princess was covered with a long veil with hand embroidery. For the ceremony, the bride wore a luxurious diamond tiara that belongs to her mother.

After the official part, the guests went to the main hall for a banquet. A huge wedding cake several meters high, decorated with natural flowers, was baked for them. After that, the broadcast was stopped in order to allow the bride and groom and their guests to spend the holiday in a private setting.

Princess Iman is the second child of King Abdullah II and Queen Rania. In addition to her, the family has three more children: 28-year-old Prince Hussein (heir to the throne), 22-year-old Princess Salma and 18-year-old Prince Hashim. Iman dated her boyfriend for several years before announcing her engagement last December. Queen Rania announced the upcoming wedding.

Your smile has always been a gift of love that I have cherished since the day you were born. I wish you and Jamil a life full of love and laughter! – said the royal.
