Winning a Hollywood Film Academy Award is no easy task. However, many of the lucky winners have been talked about by the strange places where they decide to place their statuettes, once they return home.
Paperweights, bathroom ornaments, door stoppers… An Oscar can be used for many things. However, in this case, Although the place occupied by the brilliant figure is quite ordinary, what has stood out is its peculiar company.
Jamie Lee Curtis used Instagram to share a photo showing his “awards” for ‘Everything at Once Everywhere’: The Oscar in question, a SAG Award and… an anal plug to the ‘Best Auditor of the Year’.
For those clueless who have not yet seen the film that has swept the 2023 Oscars, Curtis gives life to Dierdre Beaubierdre, an unpleasant bureaucrat who clashes on numerous occasions with Evelyn Wang (Michelle Yeoh). This curious trophy is proudly displayed inside Dierdre’s work cubicle, which boasts of the good performance of her profession.
The actress, who has gone through a very close career to win the Oscar, added in the caption: “OKAY, I’LL STOP IT! The TOTALLY UNEXPECTED trifecta of ‘Everything at Once Everywhere’.“
Undoubtedly, a set of awards that is obvious. Will it have become Jamie Lee Curtis’s favorite corner of visits? We have no doubt that it is.
