“I suffered judicial violence,” says Luana Piovani about the ex Pedro Scooby

The actress Luana Piovani spoke of the legal disputes with her ex-husband, Pedro Scooby, to define custody and alimony of the three children. “I suffered judicial violence, and I only understood it later,” said Piovani, in an interview with Record’s “Domingo Espetacular” program, which will only be aired on Sunday (23/4).

The confusion between Luana Piovani and Pedro Scooby is old, but the dispute over child support and custody — Dom, 11, and Bem and Liz, 7-year-old twins — has escalated in 2023. Piovani even posted a video about the his social media stating that Scooby did not want to pay child support and that he threatened to seek custody of the children. Scooby has denied all allegations.

However, he decided to sue the actress, after she brought the delay in the pension of the heirs to social media, making several consecutive accusations. Scooby said in an interview with Leo Dias that it is a process “about the protection of the personality, when they defame you”.

An atmosphere of peace seemed to have emerged recently after an initial hearing on child support. The former couple even celebrated Dom’s birthday together, who turned 11 in March.

In addition to talking about Scooby, the actress – who has lived in Portugal for four years – said she doesn’t want to go back to Brazil permanently. “I’m not going to move back here because I’ve only been here for four years. It is not easy to give up the stability of a career, an already absolutely organized personal life, as I did, in search of security, dignity for my children, ”she explained.
