Maribel Guardia told how it was “meeting” he had with his son Julián Figueroawho this weekend marks two weeks since his sudden death.
On the evening of Sunday, April 9, the 27-year-old was resting in one of the rooms of the home he shared with his famous mother in Mexico City when died of “acute myocardial infarction and ventricular fibrillation”.
On April 19, Maribel Guardia assured that she saw her son after death and “hug” her in her pain. He shared this through social media saying that this experience happened at a time when he was praying for him.

The actress came to play the play “Lagunilla mi barrio” in Mexico City this Saturday, April 22, and was approached by some reporters with whom she delved into the “appearance” she had with Julián Figueroa.
“After the experience I had with Julián, I really want to tell you this I’m not afraid of death anymore“, he argued before media such as Televisa Espectáculos.
” After I felt my son I saw him full of lightwith an incredible smile and that he hugged me and when he hugged me I felt the light where it was and I said, ‘Oh my God, I’m from here,'” he continued.
” Not because I wanted to go with Julián to die nowright?”, he clarified, “but because I feel like that’s where we’re coming from.”
“It’s not good: what follows,” he said of how he saw his dead son.
“Well what I’m saying is that I’m not afraid of death anymore, there’s no reason to be afraid of death. God is waiting for us on the other side and this is the real life and not because I don’t live life happily, I love life, life, but I know that my perception of death is completely different.

The singer and Imelda Garza-Tuñón, widow of her sonthey decided to cremate the young man’s remains after his death.
For now, the urn is kept by Maribel Guardia at her home, but this Saturday she was also asked if she would like some of the ashes to be taken to Juliantla, Guerrero, to rest next to her father, Joan Sebastian.
“Marco (Chacón, husband) and I have discussed that maybe some of Julián’s ashes could be with his father,” she confirmed.
“A little, right? why I don’t want to get rid of it allbut perhaps a little because Julián had lived in Juliantla.’
Maribel Guardia gave birth to Julián Figueroa while married to Joan Sebastian, from 1992 to 1996. “El Poeta del Pueblo” died on July 13, 2015 after being diagnosed with cancer.
