Singer Angela Ro Ro had to cancel her triumphant return to the stage after being admitted to hospital for tests. The news was discovered by columnist Mariana Morais, of Em Off.
The 73-year-old artist’s health made it impossible to perform the show “Cheia de Amor pra Dar”, which tells the stories of his career and the origin of the song “Malandragem”, composed by Cazuza and Frejat. According to information, the event was to take place next Friday (12/5), on the stage of the Rival Theater, in Rio de Janeiro.
“Angela Ro Ro’s concert, rescheduled for May 12, is canceled due to health reasons for the artist. We hope that she recovers promptly, and that the public understands the situation,” Teatro Rival announced. “We thank you for your understanding and we are sure that soon our dear Angela Ro Ro will be in good health and she will be able to give us so much joy with her incredible performances,” she concluded.
So far, Angela Ro Ro’s advisory has not commented.
