Camila Loures was ordered to pay BRL 25,000 in non-pecuniary damages to an app driver. Marcos Ki Suk Lee sued the influencer after an episode in which he posted a video complaining about the service provided by the driver. At the time, the images were being shared on Instagram for the more than 10 million followers of the Minas Gerais youtuber. The case took place in May 2022.

This was stated by Danielle Ferreira, Camila’s lawyer have already appealed the decision, stating that the presenter of the podcast “PodCats” was not planned expose the driver in a negative light.

“He understands that even if the driver feels offended, this amount is disproportionate. In the video in question, he does not defame the driver’s image, he complains about the platform as a service provider.
