“I had an episode of abuse that I never talked about when I was 6 or 7 years old. I won’t go into details, because I’m not ready. But it was strong, heavy, it lasted a long time. I decided to take it off. The next month, my period was late. I took a test and found out I was pregnant, it was between three and four weeks. I was in shock. Victor was very happy with the news. But days later I had a hemorrhage and lost the baby. It was really crazy to him, because then I saw how much I wanted to be a mother,” she explained.
Secondly, they have not yet attempted a new pregnancy due to her fear of facing a new loss. “I lived through it and got over it, but it’s something forever. When I suffered the miscarriage, I didn’t want to go out or exercise, it was depression. I started a journal, to let out what I felt. As much as the partner wants help, it’s a lot of loneliness. For a while, Victor and I talked about the topic in a superficial way. He was sensitive, a partner, he was with me in everything I needed. But he tried to get close to me and I blocked.
