Singer Preta Gil has revealed to presenter Ana Maria Braga that she has been wondering whether or not to end her eight-year marriage to personal trainer Rodrigo Godoy. But already during the treatment doubts arose about their relationship that made her reflect on the matter.

The courage to end the relationship came after Preta overcame a case of septicemia, that is, a generalized infection. According to the singer, the pain is daily, but nothing that prevents her from surviving.

Since the disease was diagnosed, the singer has moved to the city of São Paulo to be treated. Preta Gil will have her last radiation therapy this Tuesday. The next and final stage of treatment is surgery to remove the tumor.
