The premiere of the Danish film “Copenhagen Does Not Exist” took place at the summer cinema Summer Cinema by Kion on Red October. The sensual melodrama about crazy love, created by director Martin Skovbjerg and written by Norwegian filmmaker, Oscar nominee Eskil Vogt, was first shown to the audience in February 2023 at the Rotterdam Film Festival, and yesterday the film, which will be released in Russian cinemas on June 22, was presented in Moscow.


The Russian premiere, of course, was not without star guests. Among them were Svetlana Khodchenkova, Glafira Tarkhanova, Irina Bezrukova, Yana Krainova, Olga Efremova, Yulianna Karaulova, Yulia Prudko, Dmitry Iskhakov, Igor Chapurin and others. Immediately after the show, all viewers were invited to a party at the Strelka bar, where themed sets were played by the most beautiful DJ duo in Moscow, Daria Yastrubitskaya and Dmitry Karmanovsky.




“Copenhagen Doesn’t Exist” is a sensual story about a beautiful and young couple, Ida and Sandler. Dissolving into each other, they isolate themselves from the whole world. When Ida suddenly disappears, Sander becomes the main suspect. the story of their love, which he will have to relive in order to get closer to the mystery of the girl’s disappearance.
