Kate Middleton, along with her husband, Prince William, and children became an honorary participant in the Trooping the Color parade – one of the favorite and significant events for the royal family. This day used to celebrate the birthday of Queen Elizabeth II, and now (for the first time) – her son, the current reigning King Charles III.
For such an important event, Kate chose an absolutely charming emerald green set. The princess wore an Andrew Gn crepe dress with a round collar and a scattering of crystals in decorative elements. It was complemented by a Philip Treacy wide-brimmed hat in a similar shade, a gold shamrock brooch, and earrings that belonged to the late Princess Diana. Thus, Kate paid tribute to her mother-in-law on this solemn day.

It is worth noting that this is not the first time Kate has made a choice in favor of green. The other day, the Princess of Wales shone in an emerald leopard dress during a visit to the Riversley Park Children’s Center. The preference for this particular shade in the images of the wife of the future king, however, is understandable. This year, Kate became the new Colonel of the Irish Guards, whose official color is green. The position was previously held by her husband, Prince William.
