The former owner of the property used social networks to collect alleged debts to Wilma Petrillo
The businesswoman and the widow of Gal Costa, Vilma Petrillowas accused of not paying the bills of the house where she lives. According to the newspaper Folha de São Paulo, the artist Daniela Cutait, former owner of the building, made her complaint public. The singer’s widow has denied the allegations.
Last week, Daniela wrote on her Instagram profile that the widow is indebted to the household electricity and gas bills. For the newspaper, the plastic artist also said that, since the sale of the property, he has problems with debts in his name and that he also has a dirty name because of these debts.
Daniela also claims that she has already been cursed by Wilma and is blocked by her on WhatsApp. For this reason, she has decided to expose the situation on social media.
Wanted by the vehicle, the widow of Gal Costa denied the former owner of the house, located in the city of São Paulo, and which was acquired in 2020 together with the singer. “I’m sorry but posting that I haven’t paid my bills in over 5 months is a LIE,” she wrote in all caps. “I have all the payment receipts,” she added.
To counter that, Wilma reposted the report on Twitter Sheet along with a photo of proof of payment of the electric bill.
The widow made a point of clarifying her revolt and indignation over the case. “This lady claims that she owns the property, she lives around with her gullible husbands. She rented rooms in the house to pay for herself, and, in fact, the property belonged to her children,” she explained.
In response, Daniela said she wanted to sue Wilma and added, “She [Wilma] it’s confusing me. I am not attached to any husband. That’s better”.
The plastic artist was sought after by Earth to talk about open accounts and the possibility of prosecution. In a statement, her attorney said Wilma has refused to transfer ownership of the accounts for years.
“The lawyers Izabella Borges and Bruna Borges inform that civil judicial measures will be taken against Mrs. Wilma Petrillo, due to the existence of debts and searches of service accounts unduly left in the name of Mrs. Daniela Cutait, who has decided , numerous times, to resolve the incident out of court. In addition, criminal measures will be taken, in consideration of the practice of defamation, by Mrs. Wilma, on social networks and with the press”, reads the note.
