“I don’t like to say I’m a woman, not even on stage. I say I’m someone who plays the feminine in its fullest abundance. I’m a gay guy who does drag, who lives his art. I’m very happy to do it”, has explained.

It’s worth mentioning that this isn’t the first time Pabllo has made it clear that she’s not a woman. In 2019, for example, after she was told the singer could win an award for “most beautiful transsexual ass”. At the time, Pabllo explained to her that she could not, since she is not a transgender woman.

“I walked away from Twitter and social media in general because of this. I did a year and two months of intensive care and I’m still doing it. I think it’s important to talk about it because we need to take care of our mental health,” he explained.

Pabllo also revealed that what makes her saddest is that some of these mean comments are coming from people she knows, from longtime fans.
