Antonia Fontenelle was not at all happy to learn that her son, Samuel Soares de Brito, 27, had been relieved of his post at the State Secretariat for Social Development and Human Rights in Rio de Janeiro and demanded an explanation.

“I’m here waiting for satisfaction. Obviously they fired the boy. Thank God nothing changes in a financial sense, but it changes a lot in the sense that he was working, feeling useful,” he said during the live broadcast on his channel.

During the broadcast, the actress and presenter sent a message to Rosangela Gomes, authorized deputy and head of the department: “It was a friend of mine who got this job for my son, and he worked. According to information contained in Guilherme Amado’s column, from Metrópoles, the actress’s son took over the position of planning superintendent, with a salary of R$ 5,800, in June last year.

The resignation came on the 23rd of last month, six days after the report revealed that no one in the portfolio could tell what Samuel’s role was.
