Britney Spears was attacked by a security guard while trying to take a photo with an NBA player. After reporting the seconds of terror she experienced, a cell phone camera recorded the exact moment the singer received a slap as she approached the athlete.

This Friday (07), a video posted by TMZ shows Britney Spears approaching Victor Wembanyama at the door of the Catch restaurant, at the ARIA hotel, in Las Vegas, USA. In the images you can see the singer getting slapped when she pushes the player to take a picture with him.

After the slap, Britney Spears shouts at the athlete: “Is this America for you? F*all of you”.

According to TMZ, the police have closed their investigation and will have no charges against the player’s security. Britney was with her husband, Sam Asghari, at the time of the slap.

Britney Spears opens up after being attacked

Shortly after being attacked, Britney Spears posted a rant on social media. “I recognized an athlete in the lobby of my hotel on my way to dinner. Afterwards, I went to a restaurant in another hotel and saw him again. I decided to approach him and congratulate him on his success,” the singer began .

“There was a lot of noise so I tapped him on the shoulder to get his attention. I’m aware of the player’s statement where he says ‘I grabbed him from behind’ but I just stopped him. So his safety he slapped me across the face without looking back, in front of a crowd. He almost knocked me over and knocked my glasses off my face,” she continued.

“Physical violence is happening a lot in this world. Often behind closed doors. I stand with all the victims and my heart goes out to all of you. I have yet to receive an apology from the player, his security or the organisation. hope they ask.. .”
