MC Marcinho whoever is one of Funk’s voices is hospitalized since 10 at the Copa d’Or hospital, in Copacabana, South Zone of Rio de Janeiro after a cardiac arrest. The artist is currently 45 years old and in March he had already undergone heart surgery to change his pacemaker.
Loved by the general public for being the composer of ‘Glamurosa’, MC Marcinho was in the crowd to have surgery soon, but suffered a cardiac arrest. In a statement released by the advisory and posted on the artist’s Instagram:
“Our ‘Principe do Funk’ is stable, but is in a delicate state of health due to heart treatment. As soon as possible we will report more precise information based on the official medical bulletin. The moment is to pray for his full recovery”.
