Nick Carter spoke on Wednesday 30 of a new accusation of sexual harassment brought by the third victim. Second tmz extensionthe Backstreet Boys member denied he abused the young woman when she was just 15 and he was 23.
The new victim claims that Carter forced Carter to have sex inside a yacht and on a bus after getting her drunk in 2003. The artist has vehemently denied the allegations and said the trial is full of lies.
Prominent attorney, Dale Hayes Jr., said the alleged victim filed a complaint two decades ago when authorities investigated the allegations and couldn’t find enough evidence to proceed with the charges.
Hayes further said the woman would “repeat the same false allegations in a new lawsuit” and explained that reproducing the allegations “doesn’t make them any more true.” The legal team says they are “eager for evidence to be presented and for the truth about these malicious plans to come out.”
