They complete the autopsy of Silvina Luna, actress of ‘Love in custody’: this is what was found in her body

Five days after the death of Argentinian actress Silvina Luna, who starred in soap operas such as “Love in Custody”, some details from her autopsy have been released.

The 43-year-old model died after complications from her health, due to which she was admitted to the Italian Hospital of Buenos Aires.

She suffered from hypercalcemia and acute kidney failure, ailments she claimed, last May, stemmed from malpractice in a cosmetic procedure on her buttocks by Dr. Aníbal Lotocki in 2011.

What were the results of Silvina Luna’s autopsy?

Fernando Burlando, lawyer of the late artist and now of her family, was responsible for informing the first conclusions drawn by the process carried out by the medical examiners.

The lawyer addressed the delicate issue on September 5, in an interview with the presenters of the show “Invaders on the show”.

“It was possible to extract material that had been opportunistically injected, we assume, by Lotocki,” Burlando confirmed first of all.

He clarified that thanks to this examination it is possible to determine what the plastic surgeon provided to Silvina Luna during the operation he performed on her.

“Yes, they removed a lot of material, in the buttocks, in the legs. It was also deposited in what is the popliteal space, behind the knee,” he explained.

“There was also a lot of material in that hole, as could be seen. Heavy, hard material. And, apparently, in the ischial area, he still had some of that material, which was like stones,” he added.

CNN reported a week ago that the star’s lawsuit against Aníbal alleged that he administered microbeads of polymethyl methacrylate to places on the body where their use is prohibited, and that he used more than recommended amounts.

They are seeking justice for Silvina Luna

Fernando Burlando also revealed that, after Silvina Luna’s death, he filed a “homicide complaint” against Anibal Lotosky.

“It’s the same facts, the same committee media, the same factual platform, but with a different result,” he said on the aforementioned show.

“What is being investigated is whether there was a causal connection between the material that Lototsky applied to him and the result: death,” he added.

Precisely for this legal case, the competent authorities will carry out a series of analyzes to determine what is the part that they removed from the driver’s body.

“Now we will have to wait for the result of all the procedures resulting from the autopsy. This will definitely take a few days,” he said.

On the situation of Lotocki, who had a four-year sentence that was not final, Burlando said, “It’s really complicated.”

However, he announced that if the connection between the material applied to the interpreter and his death is proven, he will request the specialist’s arrest.

For its part, the legal team of Aníbal, who is still free, assured that he cannot be charged for Silvina’s death, reported Ohlalá!

“Invoking a new fact is against the law and the party already knew at the time of the discussion everything related to the product and Luna’s health. Therefore, his death cannot be invoked as a new event,” the defense said in a letter.
