Ivan died at the age of 97, in Curitiba. The cause of death of the artist’s brother was not revealed. On Instagram, Ary wrote:
“It is with immense sadness that I share the news of the passing of my beloved brother, Ivan. My brother was a special person, full of wisdom and life experiences. He was an example of strength, courage and love, as well as great respect for others”.
“I will truly miss our phone calls and conversations. You are gone leaving a legacy of love, inspiration and a beautiful family. You will always be in our hearts. Rest in peace, my beloved brother. You will be remembered and loved for always,” he concluded.
