Prescription drugs found in home where Matthew Perry died

The first press reports clearly showed it there were no illegal drugs at the house where Matthew Perry was found dead.

There were no signs of violence, however, TMZ reported on the morning of Sunday, October 29 that they were allegedly found. “many medicines (or drugs) prescribed at home”according to “police sources” cited by the said medium.

“The authorities found antidepressants, anti-anxiety medications, and a COPD medication at home,” the outlet revealed.

COPD is short for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease. According to TMZ, the drug found in the home of Matthew Perry, a lifelong smoker, “is often used in people who have emphysema or chronic bronchitis.” It is also known that The artist struggled for years with addictions after the success of “Friends”.

“The Los Angeles County Coroner will perform a toxicology test to find out if there was
drug into Perry’s system, but that could take months,” the celebrity portal pointed out.

TMZ also revealed what the actor was allegedly doing just hours before he was found unconscious in a hot tub.

In the morning, he reportedly went to play” 2 hours of pickleball at the Rivera County Club near his home in Pacific Palisades.

Pickleball is a paddle sport that combines elements of tennis, paddle tennis, badminton and table tennis.

This was confirmed by sources of TMZ The actor was in ‘good spirits’ during the game.

After apparently being at the club, he reportedly returned home and “asked his assistant to buy him a new iPhone and glasses.” He who helps him is supposed to have gone out to run these errands.

“Two hours later, the aide returned to Perry’s house and found him unconscious in the hot tub and called 911,” TMZ described.

“Our sources say that after calling 911, the deputy called Perry’s mother and a brother, along with an unrelated woman.”

This Sunday morning the portal published 29 photos of him the actor’s parents arriving at the artist’s house hours after his death was announced.

Her father is actor John Bennett Perry and her mother, Suzanne, was press secretary to Canadian Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau and is married to “Dateline” correspondent Keith Morrison.
