The artist was considered a symbol of the so-called “Mexican Western” cinema. With Mario he formed the famous duo known as “The Almada Brothers”representative of celluloid made in their homeland between the 1970s and 1990s.

The death of the legendary artist was confirmed on X, formerly Twitter, through the National Association of Actors of Mexico (ANDA).
