After information leaks that the couple’s company owes more than R $ 14.6 million, journalist Leo Dias published that the two received an eviction order in July of that year. The reason, once again, was the default.
According to the publication, Ana and Alexandre have accumulated a debt of R$330,000 for failing to pay the rent on a property in Sao Paulo, located in the western area of the city. The homeowner went to court to recover his losses, and in July, the couple received an eviction order.
After the notification, Alexandre and Ana were given a deadline of 15 days to pay the debt with interest adjustment and also to present the couple’s defense.

Last Tuesday (14th), rumors emerged that Alexandre had a power of attorney authorizing him to manage Ana Hickmann’s entire estate. According to information disseminated by Leo Dias during “Fofocalizando”, a program broadcast by SBT, the businessman has the right to sign any agreement in the name of his wife, both as a natural person and as a legal person. The document would be valid for two years and would expire only at the end of 2024.
