Taylor Swift speaks

From her Instagram profile, the American singer confirmed the death of Ana Clara Benevides. She explained that, due to her emotional unpreparedness, she will not comment on the case on stage. She also regretted that something so tragic had happened in the context of such a dreamed-of project.
“I can’t believe I’m writing these words, but it is with a broken heart that I say we lost a fan tonight, before my show. I can’t even tell you how devastated I am by this. I don’t know. I have a lot of information, other than the fact that she was incredibly beautiful and too young. I won’t be able to say anything about her from the stage, because I feel overwhelmed with pain when I try to talk about it. I want to say right now that I feel this loss deeply and that my broken heart goes out to her family and his friends. This is the last thing we thought would happen when we decided to bring the tour to Brazil.”
Taylor Swift is in Brazil for a series of six shows on The Eras Tour. This Friday’s presentation, in Rio, was the first. The singer will perform two more times in Rio, on Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th. Between November 24th and 26th, the artist will perform three shows in Sao Paulo. All shows are sold out.
