In December the Spanish court determined the date of Daniel Alves’ trial. The Barcelona court has ruled that the Brazilian player will go to court between 5 and 7 February 2024.
If found guilty, Daniel Alves faces up to nine years in prison, in addition to having to pay the victim compensation of 150 thousand euros (around 800 thousand reals). Additionally, the player will spend another ten years on probation.
