Gisele Soto just opened up about her split from Lupilo Rivera, which happened in mid-2023, after three years together.
At the time, the “influencer” denied that the split was due to her alleged infidelity with the singer.
“I’m a decent woman, I’ve given myself to him and I wouldn’t do something like that to ruin such a beautiful relationship,” she said in an interview with Despierta América on May 24.
“I don’t think there was a specific reason why we decided to leave. I just feel like a lot of things happened and the position was very heavy,” he explained.

Months after her romance with Lupilo Rivera ended, Gisele Soto revealed the reasons why, from her side, it happened.
The businesswoman also uploaded a photo to her TikTok account in which she appears to be holding a drink and captioned it: “Finally came back looking for me but it wasn’t what I wanted anymore…”
In the comments section, one user reacted: “I would love to see you happy with Lupillo, but only God knows what everyone’s fate is.”
With that said, the content creator responded stating that she would “also” like this situation with the so-called “Toro del corrido” and explained why it didn’t happen.
“But between the family problems, the toxic daughters, the jealous ex, the prostitutes… and the gossip, it was impossible,” she said.
Although Gisele didn’t name names, one social media user tagged Mayeli Alonso, Rivera’s last wife, in the post.
Before they confirmed their split, it was speculated that Soto had abused the artist’s offspring, which he denied.
“They invent things that are fake,” he said in the aforementioned conversation with Despierta América. “It’s a connection you can’t fake,” he said of the bond between his children and the young woman.
The “Despreciado” singer had Ayana, Abigail, Angélica and Areana in his first marriage, to María Gorola. While with Mayeli Alonso, his wife of 13 years until 2019, he had Lupita Karizma and L’rey.

In her same post, another netizen asked Gisele Soto what she did “to her face” because he thinks she “looks completely different.”
“I look different now that I’m happy, at peace and not stressed, right?” she replied, at which point her follower responded that she looks “beautiful” because of “self-love.”
It should be noted that in June of last year, Lupillo Rivera confessed to Hoy that “she has the dream to be a mother, to have her house and her husband and right now I’m very focused on my career.”
