The Lollapalooza festival will take place in March, but it’s already seeing a big drop in attractions. Paramore canceled their show at the March 23 event. The band, led by Hayley Williams, was replaced by Kings of Leon. According to the press release released by the festival on Thursday 18th, the cancellation was due to “personal reasons”.
The festival offers the possibility of a refund for those who purchased tickets for Saturday 23rd – Lollapalooza takes place on March 22nd, 23rd and 24th, at the Autódromo de Interlagos, in Sao Paulo, between January 18th and 28th. Paramore did a solo tour in Brazil in March 2023. Kings of Leon visited the country five times: in 2005 (in Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo), 2010 (at the SWU festival, in Itu), 2012 (San Paolo), 2014 (São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro) and 2019, again at Lollapalooza.
