The judge issues a restraining order against Tekashi
This Thursday, January 25, the status of the Mexican-born rapper was finally determined. Judge Faustina Veloz, from the Dominican Republic, imposed a “financial guarantee” of 30,000 Dominican pesos ($510) as a coercive measure.
The judge “I did not find sufficient data” to order preventive detention against 6ix9ine, who was accused by his mother-in-law, Wanda Díaz, of alleged sexual assault against her and Yailin.

Yailin was arrested in Miami on Dec. 14 for alleged violence against the rapper and was released after posting bail.
Last October, Tekashi had already been arrested in the Dominican Republic for an alleged beating against two Yailin producers. On that occasion there was a version that he allegedly also hit the singer, which he later publicly denied.
Tekashi has a criminal record in the US. On November 18, 2018, he was arrested in New York, facing organized crime and firearms related charges.
Yailin was the wife of Puerto Rican rapper Anuel AA, with whom he had a daughter, Cattleya. After they broke up almost a year ago, she accused him of allegedly beating her while they were together.
