The couple broke the news on Instagram on Monday, February 12, posting a picture of the child as a family, followed by a photo of them holding his hand in a hospital bed and a video of Callahan reading a book before falling asleep. In the caption, they express that they are “devastated” by the loss of their little one.
“We are absolutely devastated to share this we lost our precious callahan in a tragic accident Last week. He was a blessing and brought so much joy to our entire family. Cal-Bear was adored by his older siblings and loved them unconditionally. “As parents we are completely devastated by the loss of our child.”
“We are comforted knowing that you are held in the arms of Jesus. We would be honored to have your prayers for peace and strength for our family during this difficult time.”

According to People, his Dept. Sgt Police in Frisco, Texas confirmed that officers responded to a drowning call involving a child last week.
