or Regional Nursing Council of Sao Paulo (Coren-SP) will investigate the leak of private information that occurred with Clear brown. In a statement released this Sunday (26), the agency expressed solidarity with the actress and said she will investigate the case.
In note, the Coren-SP stated that it “will identify situations in which there is an ethical infringement practiced by a nursing professional and will adopt the measures required by the Code of Ethics Process of Nursing Councils”, Saturday (25) Clara she issued an open letter in which she revealed that she became pregnant, after being a victim of rape, and that she had given the baby up for adoption. The actress also claimed that she was treated with indifference by the medical team who assisted her, in particular by a nurse while she was still under the effects of anesthesia. A nurse also reportedly passed the actress’s private information to a reporter.

Coren-SP, as well as the Brazilian company, became aware this weekend of the situation reported by the actress, who cites, in an open letter, that she was the target of a threat from a nurse and the subsequent confirmation by a columnist of information on the delivery for adoption of a child following a rape.It is up to Coren-SP to investigate situations in which there is an ethical violation committed by a nursing professional and to adopt the measures provided for by the Code of Ethics Process of Nursing Councils (Cofen Resolution no. 370/2010).In this sense, the council will follow the rites and adopt the necessary procedures for the necessary investigations, as in all complaints of professional practice. Therefore, Coren-SP stresses the necessary caution in taking the correct steps to investigate the facts.The council expresses its solidarity with the actress and reaffirms its daily commitment to professional nursing ethics and to the safety of care provided by the category. As soon as it has the necessary information for the investigation, Coren-SP reiterates that all investigative procedures will be duly carried out.
