Court decision
Before the video, Luana posted stories about her decision to have her oldest son, Dom, who turns 12, live in Brazil. According to her, Portuguese justice does not allow siblings to have separate custody. However, the process continued until the parents’ decision was accepted.
“Here in Portugal, siblings are not separated and, since the family and parental responsibility process has been started here in Portugal, even though this decision was made a year ago, he was unable to go due to his parents’ actions. [Pedro Scooby]”, it started.

After explaining the reasons why her son went to live in Brazil, Luana said that she was preparing to go to the court in Cascais and that she had already suffered trauma there.
“I was traumatized because of that hearing, because of the deranged judge who demeaned, disrespected and disrespected not only the parent, but also his lawyer, me and my two lawyers. I filed a case against it, and of course the Portuguese court, not used to people questioning their attitude, said there were no problems with that judge’s discipline,” Piovani revealed.
“I then entered the European Union court, through human rights. I could also lose in attack, which I doubt, because the mentality here is the same. In 2024, do you want a woman to keep quiet?”, she added.
