Amid speculations, José Eduardo Derbez clarified that Victoria Ruffo’s absence from the Derbez family’s first baby shower was due to her parents’ separation more than 30 years ago, resulting in two families.

“Because they divorced many years ago, it’s two families, there will be a baby shower for the Derbez family and one for my mother,” she explained during an interview posted by Berenice Ortiz on YouTube on April 1.

The driver assured that this situation does not affect him, since there will be a baby shower dedicated to each family.

“No, it’s a family baby shower, there will be many baby showers, this was just for Derbez, there will be one where my mother and my mother’s family will be there,” she said.

Jose Eduardo also revealed what could be the events that would mark the reunion of his parents after more than three decades of conflict.

“The baptism will come later and they will all be together. You’ll see it there or maybe even when it’s born,” he said.

Finally, Aislinn’s brother Vadhir and Aitana Derbez shared some details of the ritual they organized at their last baby shower to celebrate the arrival of their first daughter.

“It was a very nice, very tender baby shower that I really enjoyed and the whole family enjoyed it very much. It evolves in many ways, every day we have many twenty-somethings, we are happy, nervous, there are many things that as the day approaches, the more nervous you feel and the more things come to mind,” he shared.
