Jojo Todynho will respond to the lawsuit filed by Gabriela Nascimento
Recently, Jojo Todynho became a topic after getting into a fight at law school in the West Zone of Rio de Janeiro Gabriela dos Santos Nascimento.
According to the journalist Ancelmo Gois, the student sues the 27-year-old singer and asks for compensation of 100 thousand reais. The young woman claims to have been attacked by Jojo, and she requests compensation for moral damages due to public exposure.
At the time the fight had started in a Whatsapp group and ended at the entrance of the university. According to Gabriela, during the argument, the artist gave her a slap in the face. Jojo countered Gabriela’s statement by saying that the student made fun of her.
The case was registered at the 6th Civil Court of the Jacarepaguá Region, in Rio de Janeiro. The student attached to the trial the published video, which showed the alleged attack carried out by Todynho.
Furthermore, the influencer was also accused of driving by after the fight and threatening the student.
“I’m waiting for your case on Tuesday, you’ll face it again, you bastard,” Jojo would have said.
