Raphy Pina announced that she has been living in her house for “3 days” and that “there is not much left” until she can finally resume her normal life.
Natti Natasha’s fiance took to his official broadcast channel to share, on May 24, in detail what the situation is.
“We all want to be free in our minds because the restriction is temporary and I confess that I have been experiencing something different in my home for 3 days, which I never imagined would be so beautiful,” he said.
“I am still in the federal custody of the BOP (United States Bureau of Prisons) and I am not allowed to appear on social media until my sentence is completed and/or pleas are approved,” he clarified.
However, the music producer was optimistic about the possibility of the latter happening very soon.
“There is not much time left to turn this ‘live’ on and give the best stories and advice to those young people who are growing up and need to understand a lot of things, which they will learn from us until they are in a place with no departure time.” commented.
The Puerto Rican continues to serve his sentence of 3 years and 5 months for the gun possession offense, which was imposed on him in May 2022.
Rafi Pina transferred to Miami from North Carolina
On May 13, Raphy Pina revealed his legal status after it was reported that he was supposed to be out of jail for days.
In an Instagram story, he shared an image showing his file on the US Bureau of Prisons (BOP) website.
Thanks to the data contained in it, it was learned that he was already in one of the facilities of the Miami Returning Housing Administration.
“When I’m out you’ll know it myself,” the 45-year-old entrepreneur captioned the screenshot.
“I’m in a less rigorous process called halfway houses. So we’re done right now, this is the last step to freedom,” he said.
Diario Libre said at the time that authorities had set August 5 of this year as the date Pina would complete his sentence.
For two years, he was kept at FCI Butner Medium I, North Carolina, where Natti Natasha visited him several times.
