Bruno Gagliasso’s brother sues Ludmilla; know the reason

Thiago Gagliasso has filed legal action against Ludmilla

On the occasion there was talk of the granting of the highest honor by the Legislative Power to the singer. It is worth mentioning that Thiago voted against, explaining that he had no personal motivations, but rather ideological differences.

Gagliasso’s defense also said he justified it by addressing known facts that made headlines in the days leading up to the vote, such as when Ludmilla failed to sing the words of the national anthem during her performance.

According to the criminal complaint filed by the parliamentarian, one day after the aforementioned vote, the funk singer used her Instagram to thank her fans for the “messages received” and the deputies who voted in favor of granting the Tiradentes Medal.

In the video, according to the substitute’s defense, Ludmilla stated that she had been attacked on the Internet and that she would not respond to the insults, but that she needed to respond specifically to one person.

According to the trial, Ludmilla stated that she had to answer to this person “because he managed to make a video in which he said he vetoed my medal, because it wasn’t racist, it was because of the song Verdinha.”

“The criticism of the innocent poem was not well digested by the accused, who stated that the fact that MP Thiago Gagliasso had ‘vetoed’ the medal was not due to the ‘green’ song, but because it would have been: ‘racist’ and ‘strongly racist’, ‘shitty racist'”appears in Thiago Gagliasso’s action.

Thiago then asked that Ludmilla be convicted of the crimes of slander, insult and defamation, and that the singer be sentenced to pay a minimum amount of compensation.

“Consequently, there is no alternative but to file this criminal complaint to ask for the criminal responsibility of Ludmilla Oliveira da Silva for having slandered, defamed and insulted the plaintiff on November 23, 2023, through the social network Instagram, to more than 30,000, 00 (thirty million) followers, causing serious damage to the public figure of MP Thiago Gagliasso, now plaintiff”, declared to the Court.
