The lawsuit also alleges delay in starting the presentation and sensual content ‘without warning’
Madonna was sued in North American justice by a man who claims he was exposed to sensual scenes without being warned during the The celebration tour.
The applicant claims that he was forced to watch “semi-naked women simulating sexual acts” on stage and that the show had pornographic content.
The lawsuit also complains about the delay of more than an hour in starting – a traditional characteristic of Madonna, also repeated in Brazil – and the breakdown of the air conditioning during the artist’s performance in the United States. To relieve the heat, she allegedly ordered the audience to take off her clothes.
Fan Justen Lipeles is asking for a refund of the ticket price in court.
Madonna’s last performance of the tour took place on Copacabana Beach in Rio de Janeiro in early May. In these parts the artist has also annoyed some people.
In Brasilia, parliamentarians approved a motion to repudiate the presentation for violating the “traditional values” of the Brazilian family. In this case the MPs’ initiative has no legal implications against Madonna.
